Q:What size you have?
A:For man shoes, we provide US size 8 to 13, for woman shoes, we provide US size 5.5 to 8.5. You can get a size chart from here. 
Q:How can I get a detailed price list?
A:Please free to send a EMAIL to us to get a price list.
Q: How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
A: We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
Q: When and how can I check on my order status?
A: Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package(s).
Q: How do I contact you if I have a question?
A: We prefer to be contacted by email(it can be have a business track record to inquire in feture), or you can talk us via MSN Messenger.
Q: How long will it take to receive my shoes?
A: It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order.
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
Q: Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
A: Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
Q: Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
A: Yes, of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
