1, Select your preferred shoes from our website catalogue and email to us the SHOES ID and the size and quantity you need.
2, We send you confirmation email after get your order information.
3, Send the payment and email your details (full name,address,postal code,telephone,ect...) to us.
4, We confirm the payment and send out the shoes by door to door Express mail in 3 days.
5, We will email the tracking number to you after we send the shoes.
6, Give us feedback after you get the shoes.

Shippment
We handle all kinds of shipping ways according to the customer's request, such as by sea, by air, by express(EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX ,SODEXI,UPS).
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Normally, we will send the goods within two working days after we get the payment . Once we ship out the shoes, we will provide you with the tracking numbers for tracking. Normally, it will take 3-5 working days for the shoes to travel to UK, 5-7 working days to North America and 7-9 working days to other areas.
The maximum quantity we send at one time to one address is 24 pairs, if your order quantity is more than 24 pairs, you have to provide us more addresses, or we will send your shoes in several times.
Customs issues
For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package always will safe to deliver. But if there have a exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not then, we will refund the value of shoes to your next order,but the shipping fees is not fefundable.
If the package have problem in Chinese customs, we will resend all, you will not need pay any other charge.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our shoes, you can ship back, we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders..
